Operational flow

Requirements and incoming paddy are recorded.

Cleaning

Foreign matter is removed before milling.

De-stoning

Dense impurities are separated from the grain.

Milling

Husking and separation prepare the rice.

Grading

Rice is sorted for the required output.

Packing

Finished material is prepared for dispatch.

Material handling at the Rice Processing Plant is planned around incoming paddy, processing requirements, output quantity and final packing. The facility supports the movement of paddy, processed rice and milling by-products through the required handling areas.
